My name is Joseph Baltazar and I am a graphic/web designer and freelance photographer. In my experience, there are lots of designers that specialize in creating beautiful web pages, but often, their firms either lack a dedicated web design team to build the site and then optimize it, or they simply had too many clients to devote the hours it takes to building, testing, and the optimizing a well-built website. I realized that I had a talent for doing “the back end work.” It might not be the most visual element of a great website, but if done right, it makes all the difference between an ok website, and one that gets thousands of hits a day.
